About 36.4 percent of the 390 degrees and certificates handed out by the Pima Medical Institute-Seattle in 2016-17 were to students in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Seattle conferred 102 certificates and 40 associate's degrees in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant.

Other popular programs include Medical/Clinical Assistant, Dental Assisting/Assistant and Dental Hygiene/Hygienist.

The institute enrolled 607 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
