Graduates earn 2,002 degrees from Gonzaga University


About 30.7 percent of the 2,002 degrees and certificates handed out by Gonzaga University in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Spokane conferred 303 bachelor's degrees and 294 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business/commerce. Data shows the school gave out 231 bachelor's degrees in general business/commerce, followed by 185 master's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse and 159 master's degrees in organizational leadership.

The university enrolled 7,506 students for 2017-18, including 5,192 in undergraduate programs and 2,314 in graduate programs.
