Centralia - Chehalis Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.
There was a great turnout for this year’s event. The Home & Sportsman Show housed a variety of vendors from banking, realtors, and home improvement to RVs, a Hunter Safety educational talk by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, custom bows, arrows, accessories, and more.
The show ran from Friday morning, January 31st, until Sunday afternoon, February 2nd. Kid’s day was Saturday, February 1st, which included a Lego building contest hosted by the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce and the Olympia Master Builders, a magic show by Jeff Evans, and bouncy play area hosted by Bethel Church.
Prizes were generously donated by Lincoln Creek Lumber and included a Sporting Dog set valued at $400, a Garden Shopping Spree worth $250, a Fireside package valued at $400, and a grand Passport prize of a Zero Turn Mower valued at $3,300 dollars were given away during the event.
